Where Do We Meet? We'll discuss boat ramps and times when we talk, then we'll meet at
the prearranged time and place and load my 18’ Hewes Redfisher.
What Should I bring? You should bring the following
items: polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, lunch or
other foods, a good camera and film or storage media, a good rain
jacket, favorite rods, any
medications or special-needs items you require.
Do you have a cooler or do I
bring one? I keep a cooler on board with
drinks and light snacks.
How will we fish? We'll run to the first
fishing spot. It can be cool, so keep your jacket handy.
Where we fish is driven by the tides, weather, season, and targeted
fish. Trout and redfish are the most-often targeted species.
We might start out throwing lures on 7’ spin cast gear or maybe
anchor along side an oyster bar to fish with jigs & shrimp.
If you're a fly fisher, we may locate cruising fish or
have you blind cast in productive areas.
Will you teach me how to fish the area?
Absolutely! I'll give you the knowledge, you supply the
desire. That's what I'm best known for. I will show and teach
you how to be a better lure fisherman. I've helped thousands of
fishermen and fisherwomen learn the ropes.
Where will we fish? Depending on species,
weather, season, and tide, we could fish the Intracoastal Waterway,
the St. Johns River, tidal creeks, or mud flats.
What species will we target?
It could be up to you. Again, depending on season,
tides, etc, we could fish for reds, trout, flounder, jacks,
bluefish, ladyfish, pompano, or any of the many fish that live in
the North Florida back country. Each species is fun and
exciting in its own way. Whether sight casting to a backing red or
taking a ladyfish on fly, its all challenging and fun!
I'm on a tight schedule. Do you offer half-day
fishing trips, too? You bet! I offer trips
that are 4, 6, or 8 hours , or I can customize one just for you.
Just call me and we'll work make a plan.
Can I keep my fish to eat? Will you clean them?
Yes -- and I'll clean them for you. I would like to point out
that we try to release fish as often as we can, but we keep and eat
fish ourselves.
I'm buying a boat soon. Can I book you
to teach me the area? Yes absolutely. I've
done that happily for many clients. You hired a professional.
and I will help you with tackle as well as areas to fish.
I have younger children who I want to teach to fish.
Can I bring them along? I book lots of
parents and their kids. Bring them along. If they can't
cast, we'll anchor and drop bait for some fun action.
Is there a bathroom onboard? No bathroom,
but there are places between fishing spots that we can stop.
I'm experienced, but don't bait fish. Can we throw
artificial lures and have good shots at fish? Yes
absolutely, our biggest trout and most of the best trophies have
come from artificial lures.
I can’t stand up long, my balance is off, or I have other
medical issues Can I still fish? Sure. I've
guided blind people and persons with limited mobility.
Call me, I'll customize a trip for you.
Will we eat up quality fishing time trying to catch bait?
No, I'll have all the baits, lures, etc. that we need already on
board.
Are you available for
lectures, seminars, and classes? I am. Just
call for details and topics. |

What Tony
Bozzella's
Clients Say:
"I just wanted to thank you again for the great outing we had with you on Monday. My brother, Gary, said that it will be a lifetime memory!
You took three novice fishermen, and set us up to catch more fish than any of us has ever caught before at one time (and all on artificial lures....something we've never done before). What a blast! Not to mention that you never made any of us feel self conscious about our lack of experience (that was really appreciated).
You can bet that I will be telling anyone I talk fishing with about the great charter we had with you.
I'll be looking forward to booking a trip with you for my son and myself soon. I would love to hook him up with a few nice redfish.
Thanks again,
Chuck Kesslar

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful day fishing.
That's the most fun I've had in a very long time! Couldn't have
been more enjoyable.
You are (by far)
the BEST guide I've ever fished with.
The weather was perfect. You know your stuff. The bite was on - your timing was perfect - you took me right to the fish.
I also appreciate your time and talent inteaching me "how to fish / catch". I learned alot - and of course, I'm still thinking about the big one that got away.....he's out there and I'll be back to catch him. It was a great day of "catching".--Sequana Beale
Great trip!
Capt. Tony was enthusiastic
and showed me some
new stuff. He put me
on some really nice redfish."

"Capt. Tony
taught me to cast and
work a lure. I had never
fished before and I caught my first fish
on that lure. It was super cool!"

Capt Tony,
Thank you once again for a great trip.
Both Jason and I had a blast.
The wind was brutal at times,
but were still able to catch fish.
I know Jason really
enjoyed fighting those reds!
I look forward to booking
another trip with you.
